Thanks for letting us cook a meal for you! We try to put our menu in every bag (with reheating instructions on the back)….but sometimes we miss it! We hope this little chart helps!
Cook in preheated oven at 400. Take off top and wrap with aluminum foil. If there is a crust or cheese, leave uncovered for the last 10 minutes to brown and toast.
Internal temperature must be at least 135.
Everything is fully cooked. You are just bringing it back to temperature.
Cooking times may vary. For best results, thaw before cooking.
Refrigerated | Frozen | |

Scoop out the desired portion. Cook on high for 2-3 minutes. Stir. Cook for another minute. Let stand for 1 minute as contents are hot!
Frozen food is amazing to have on hand. Easy for dinners on busy nights or to help the stress of a busy week. Yes, you can cook from frozen, just takes some extra time and love. However, thawing out will yield the best results – overnight in the refrigerator is our recommended method.
